NBA MVP odds make Victor Wembanyama the favorite at 31% on Kalshi as of September 10, 2026 at 20:39 UTC. Luka Doncic follows at 19%, with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander at 16% and Nikola Jokić at 14%. These prices show market-implied probabilities. They are not forecasts, recommendations, or trading advice.

Kalshi had a live 2026-27 MVP market when this page was checked. Polymarket did not have a comparable live market in its public event feed, so every verified price below comes from Kalshi. Prices can move with every trade. Check the Kairos market dashboard for the current book.

What are the NBA MVP odds right now?

Victor Wembanyama led the live Kalshi market at 31 cents, equal to a 31% market-implied probability before fees. Luka Doncic ranked second at 19 cents. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Nikola Jokić followed at 16 and 14 cents. The table uses each contract's last trade returned by Kalshi's public market API.

A 31-cent last trade maps to a 31% implied probability because a winning Yes contract pays one dollar under the venue's rules. Last trade and executable price can differ. Wembanyama's live Kalshi book showed a 31-cent bid and 32-cent ask at the same read. The Kalshi price and probability explainer covers that distinction. A trader crossing the ask would face 32 cents in that snapshot, not the 31-cent last trade.

Where can traders trade NBA MVP markets?

Kalshi listed 2026-27 NBA MVP contracts for individual players at this timestamp. Polymarket's public event data returned no comparable live 2026-27 MVP event, so this page does not assign Polymarket a price. Venue coverage changes. Traders should verify the event, season, and settlement language before comparing any two books.

Kalshi quotes binary contracts in dollars and cents. Its fee documentation says trading fees depend on the contract price and number of contracts, while some markets can use another published schedule. Check the confirmation screen for the actual charge. A missing second venue also means there is no cross-venue spread to calculate here.

Kairos gives traders one terminal for venue data, order books, and execution. Follow the related NBA Finals odds and NBA Rookie of the Year odds pages for two markets currently listed on both Kalshi and Polymarket. Contract wording comes first.

How does the 2027 NBA MVP market resolve?

Kalshi resolves each player contract Yes if that player wins the Pro Basketball MVP award for the 2026-27 season. The venue's rule for Wembanyama states: "If Victor Wembanyama wins the Pro Basketball MVP award in the 2026-27 season, then the market resolves to Yes." Every other listed player uses the same test with that player's name.

The named award and season control settlement. An outstanding playoff run does not satisfy an MVP contract unless the player receives the regular-season award named in the rules. Traders should open the specific contract before placing an order because the public feed also contains separate Finals MVP and conference finals MVP events.

How should traders compare NBA MVP prices?

Traders should compare the bid, ask, last trade, fee, and settlement language. Kalshi's last trade put Doncic at 19 cents, while the live book showed a 16-cent bid and 18-cent ask. A market order can fill away from the last trade when the book moves or lacks depth.

The six displayed prices sum to 94 cents, but they do not represent the full field. Kalshi lists more player contracts below these names. Separate binary markets can also sum above or below one dollar because every contract has its own order book. Prices across the complete field reflect spreads and resting orders as well as trader demand. Read the whole field before treating a rank as a complete probability distribution.
